How and when your FFU India order reaches you, what delivery costs, and how to track it.
Where We Deliver
Delivery Area
We deliver across India through our courier partners (mainly Delhivery). We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Shipped From
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi (S-65, Phase-1, Badli Industrial Area, New Delhi 110042).
Delivery Time
Order Processing
Orders are packed within 0–1 working day. Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same or the next working day.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–6 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Working Days
We dispatch from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Delivery Charge
A delivery charge of ₹49 applies to all orders below ₹1,000, whether you pay online or by Cash on Delivery. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pincodes. There is no extra COD charge: you pay the same amount as an online payment.
Tracking Your Order
Order Updates
After your order is shipped you will get an email with the tracking number (AWB). You can also track it any time on our Track Order page using your order number.
Delays
Delivery can sometimes be delayed by weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues. If your order is late, we will keep you updated and you can always contact us.
Delivery Attempts
Correct Address
Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. The courier may call you before delivery.
Missed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver after its delivery attempts, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you.
Damaged Parcel
If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel.

Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 1,000 and above. For orders below Rs. 1,000 a delivery charge of Rs. 49 applies, shown clearly at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes with no extra COD charge.

Once your order ships you get the tracking (AWB) number by email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page.
